UX Design Manager

I am currently representing a leading travel technology brand who have been growing rapidly over the past couple of years. They are currently recruiting UX Manager to lead an interdisciplinary team.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, well organized in house design studio.

The UX Manager will lead workshops and actively conduct research to drive insights. You need to be excellent communicator with passion for design and strong influencing skills.

They will work closely with other departments to define requirements, deliverables and timelines. They will create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and test, test, test  They will create engaging interactive solutions across multiple platforms.

The UX Design Manager will mentor, lead and develop their team.

Skills and experience required:

* 3-4 years of experience in a senior UX role
* Expert at visual user-centric design, information architecture, interaction design, usability and user interaction to deliver high-quality products
* solution finder and problem solver
* Excellent workshopping, project management and organisation skills
* Demonstrated abilities in relationship management and smart collaboration across all levels of the organisation
* Strong design skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision etc.
* keen interest in current and future UX trends in online retail and merchandising

* Eligibility to work in Ireland without VISA sponsorship
