Digital Marketing Manager

An excellent company in the financial & wealth management sector are currently seeking to contract a Digital Marketing Manager for 9-12 months to join their marketing hub, with a large focus on lead generation & acquisition for the wealth management services they offer.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all of the companies Digital channels, website, social, apps, email marketing, search & display. Developing, improving & optimising them on a constant basis.
- Developing the digital marketing plans & SEO strategy for the upcoming year, implementing the plans and optimising their performance.
- Improving online user experience & growing online engagement with clients.
- Owning campaign planning, delivery & optimisation across Adwords, Content Promotion, Social, Display, SEO audit & email marketing.
- Managing content calendar for social media channels, increasing engagement & reach
- Working in conjunction with the marketing communications team on a daily basis to optimise & publish content across their digital platforms.
- Improve performance and conversion rate through KPI tracking & reporting. Refining the tracking process to improve reporting.
- Delivering campaign & project objectives on time, within budget and aligned with the brand guidelines through continuous optimisation.
- Ensuring digital activity & digital channels, support the company's current campaigns & objectives
- Point of contact for technical issues regarding digital channels
- Identifying and improving upon the online publishing system
- Supporting the online growth of other areas within the company that are capable and willing
- Delivering on client's needs & digital solutions on business issues
Requirements:
- Degree or Masters in Business, Marketing, Digital marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing.
- Track record of achievements in digital marketing.
- Effective prioritising, organisation skills, and the ability manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail & written English.
- Ability to work on own initiative under strict deadlines.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Team player with flexibility, creativity and enthusiasm.
- Customer needs and market needs analysis experience
- Previously produced detailed technical requirement documents. Experiences with review and sign off processes.
- Experience with CMS, graphics programmes, HTML, CSS & Enterprise email management systems
- Great knowledge of Google Analytics, tag manager and various analytical tools.
