Traffic Manager / Project Manager

Right now they are looking for a Traffic Manager who will be responsible for managing the delivery of digital projects across a variety of different digital media and across a range of client sectors.

To be considered for this role you should have thorough experience in managing, optimising and analysing online campaigns. You will have managed multi-disciplined digital production teams on small works, all running to different timescales. You will have experience in working with Third parties, in terms of negotiation and in managing costs and timescales. You should be versed in relevant ad serving software and have a good understanding of Rich Media platforms and third party advertising tags. You should have knowledge of Adsense, and ideally mobile advertising. You should have a keen interest in the creative and technological aspects of digital projects.

The Role:

• Working across teams and departments to ensure smooth progression of all projects. Developing strong relationships with all team members
• Represent the process of the agency including its values
• Lead complex, multi-track projects and/or programs throughout the full project life cycle, from design to development, test, and launch
• Author & manage project detailed project plans and timelines - focus on both internal and client deadlines
• Manage and control project scope and the change control process
• Report on track status, issues and risks and report these to the project leadership and stakeholders
• Implement and maintain an approvals process within the agency
• Provide support to the management team and gave insight on workflow and operations within the agency
• Strong commercial sensibility
• Work to determine the correct allocation of resource for the agency based on revenue, number of briefs by clients & hours allocated by department
• Ensure that hours allocated by budget are maintained through each department and time recorded on a daily basis
• Working with CD & TD act as single point of entry into creative & technical departments and allocation.
• Act as a liaison with the creative, technical, production & account service departments
• Organise meetings, making sure all teams got work approved and made sure that all approved work was presented
• Understand the essence of the industry, with great passion and curiosity.
